The Niche Partnership may not be the biggest Recruitment Agency around but biggest doesn't always mean best!I contacted Matt after taking a wrong turn career wise & was feeling pretty low. Matt was willing to take the time to fully understand my situation & helped reframe what could have been awkward conversations with potential employers into a more positive one.Matt was able to appreciate where I needed to go career wise & within about 4 weeks, with his support, I'm now looking forward to starting a new role that I am more exited about than any in a long time.I would recommend Matt or any of his colleagues at TNP for anyone looking for a new role in Finance , but not wanting to feel like sometimes happens with other agencies, who appear more interested in their own needs than yours.

The Niche Partnership are the recruiters needed to help with a job search! I was unsettled in a role when Sam contacted me; during out initial telephone conversation she took the time to listen and cared about all I said. Sam then introduced me to Ben who had a job he wished to discuss with me. Within a short period of time I had an offer of an interview which I firstly accepted, however I had an element of self doubt and contacted Ben to cancel. He called and spent sometime with me and made me realise I was worth much more than I thought, subsequently I attended the 2 stage interview process and got the job!! Even though I have only been with the business a short period of time I know I have made the right move and it is all thanks to Ben - I couldn't have done it without his encouragement and investment in me. Possibly the most irritating recruiters to work with.They do not respect working hours, nor care if you are currently at work when they call you about a different job.The procedures they follow are somewhat insane. They will only send you details of job roles after talking to you over the phone where they pretty much read the job spec with the added flavour of it being "a really lovely company to work for". This combined with the lack of respect for your current job is frustrating.They also do not follow gdpr procedures correctly, after requesting that they remove me from the system, they then emailed me with more jobs. This (hopefully) got resolved once I cc'd a director into my emails

I contacted the Niche Partnership initially in respect of a vacancy they advertised. This wasn't the right role for me but we spoke regularly and they placed me in a temporary contract role which became permanent after 3 months. During the temporary role we had regular discussions and have remained in contact since. They are unlike many of the recruitment agencies I have dealt with, they call when they say they will they provide excellent feedback and you feel valued as a candidate. Some of my experiences with recruiters have felt like they are 'going through the motions' and will just send your spec's to every single position regardless of whether you are suitable or not.However, Matt a conversation with me about what would be suitable position for me. Once found Matt actually took the time to do some interview preparation with me, which was a lot more helpful than anticipated. Sure everyone can watch a Youtube video, but someone actually tell me where I was 'going wrong' and providing constructive feedback is a lot more helpful.What even better is the tray of Ferrero Rochers I got for being successful at the interview.
