2024 – the year to make a difference

Retaining and developing your staff has never been more important – we know you understand this! Companies like yours need to offer the most attractive package possible to keep your employees happy and attract new talent. Although those are great, we’re not just talking about the typical perks like birthday days off and discounted gym memberships. We’re talking about an opportunity for your team to bond, grow, and make a positive impact. They don’t just want to take; they want to give.

Organising a charitable day out may seem daunting as a leader, but fear not. We have the connections and expertise to make it a seamless experience for you and your team.

We’re feeling extra generous this Christmas, so we’re offering you a chance to do something different in 2024. We’re offering three free spots for your company’s charitable team-building adventure. You can bring two of your colleagues to join the fun. Contact us if your whole finance team is eager to participate, and we’ll work our magic.

Whether it’s hands-on wildlife hospital volunteering or scenic litter picking, all you have to do is secure your free spot and show up. Get ready to make a difference and create unforgettable memories for your team!

What can we do?

For wildlife lovers, we have teamed up with the Brent Lodge Wildlife Hospital to let you get hands-on. From helping with injured hedgehogs (yes, you will get to handle and feed them) to sorting out outdoor shelters, we have a day of charitable work you won’t forget. This will be a popular option, so don’t delay in signing up.

For those who want to make a real impact on their local environments, we will lead and supply all the kit to do a beach clean or beauty spot blitz. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing your efforts resulting in bags of rubbish removed. – the wildlife will be safer, and you will have done something that makes our natural world beautiful again.
