Are you a Purchase Ledger Clerk that’s looking for their next step up? This may be the one for you.
We have teamed up with a commercial car sales company who are recruiting an Accounts Administrator to join their Petersfield-based team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payment runs and overseeing both ledgers.
The successful Accounts Administrator will be part of a company that truly supports its staff with a healthy work-life balance by promoting flexible working (part-time hours!) and free on-site parking in a relaxed working environment.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:
- Processing invoices onto the system
- Updating the logbook
- Processing payment runs
- Dealing with any queries promptly and efficiently
- Overseeing of the accounts inbox
What you will need:
- Experience in a similar role such as: Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable / Accounts Assistant / Assistant Accountant / Bookkeeper
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
