Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for –

• Ensuring all invoices are processed
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Assist with the preparation of payment runs
• Raising sales invoices
• Ad hoc finance admin duties

What you will need:

• Previous experience within a similar role: Purchase Ledger Clerk / Purchase Ledger Assistant / Finance Assistant / Finance Administrator / Accounts Assistant / Assistant Accountant / Accounts Payable Clerk / Accounts Assistant / Accounts Receivable Clerk / Accounts Receivable Assistant
• Studying towards an accounting qualification would be beneficial but not essential
• Proficient in excel
