Are you an Accounts Payable Clerk looking to work for a successful law firm specialising in working with large corporations globally? We are currently working with a law firm who are looking for someone to support the team in Southampton. Working with a team of 6 accounts payable clerks who are keen on learning, you will be responsible for processing invoices and expenses, reconciling supplier statements as well as assisting with payment runs. This role would be great for someone with 2-3 years experience in accounts payable who enjoys working with an upbeat team and constantly learning, while enjoying hybrid working, private medical cover and flexible hours!

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager you will be responsible for:

• Processing invoices (approx.150-200 per week)
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Assisting with payment runs (Both daily and weekly)
• Resolving invoice and supplier queries
• Processing staff expenses

What you will need:

• Experience of 2 – 3 years in a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable / Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant or similar position
• Comfortable working with high volumes of work
• Strong communicator
• Positive attitude to learning and developing skillset
