An Accounts Receivable Manager is required to join a global organisation. Based in Fareham, the successful Accounts Receivable Manager will be offered flexible working hours, remote working (2-3 days per week), as well as a generous company benefits package. In this instrumental role, the successful Accounts Receivable Manager will be heading the current Accounts Receivable department where you will be responsible for raising the profile of the Accounts Receivable department and managing a team of 5.

Reporting to the Transactional Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Managing the current team of 5
• Being involved with the team to ensure the collection of outstanding monies
• Set up KPI targets for the current team
• Produce reports
• Improving current strategies to streamline processes
• Analysing customer data
• Posting payments onto the ERP system

What you’ll need to succeed

• Worked in one of the following roles: Credit Control Manager / Accounts Receivable Manager / Head of Collections / Head of Credit Control / Recoveries Manager / Debt Recovery Manager / Head of Collections
• A sound understanding of Excel
• Working towards a relevant qualification would be desirable
