Are you an experienced Finance Administrator keen to get stuck in and support an exciting project?
 
We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join a successful, multinational company based in Southampton, on a 3-month temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to work for a well-established company with offices across the globe.
 
Reporting to the Senior Accountant you will be responsible for:

• Processing expense claims
• Assisting with purchase and sales ledger
• Supporting the account manager with reconciliations
• Dealing with accounting queries
• Checking and raising invoices on the system
• Helping with month end processes
• Assisting with the wider finance team

What you will need:

• Experience in a similar role, such as: Management Accountant / Assistant Financial Accountant / Assistant Accountant / Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant / Purchase Ledger Clerk / Accounts Payable Clerk / Finance Administrator / Sales Ledger Clerk / Accounts Receivable Clerk
• Strong attention to detail
• Understanding of debits and credits
• IT literate
