Are you looking for a quick start temporary Finance Administrator position?
 
Well, The Niche Partnership are on the hunt for a Finance Administrator to join a business that gives back to the community! The successful Finance Administrator will be processing invoices, overseeing the accounts inbox and dealing with any queries in a timely manner.
 
We’re looking for someone with a proactive attitude, experience in a similar role would be great but not essential and available to start at short notice.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager you will be responsible for:

• Coding and entering invoices into accounting system
• Matching supplier invoices against GRN’s and PO’s
• Dealing with suppliers and resolving supplier queries
• Overseeing the accounts inbox

What you will need:

• Previous experience in would be ideal but not essential – Purchase Ledger Assistant / Purchase Ledger Clerk / Purchase Ledger Administrator / Accounts Payable Clerk / Payables Administrator / Finance clerk/ Finance administrator/ Finance Assistant / Accounts clerk / Accounts Administrator / Accounts Assistant
• Excellent accuracy and an eye for detail
• Great communication skills to deal with queries
