A FP&A Manager is required on a permanent basis to develop a first class finance system for a rapidly growing large organisation in Southampton. The successful candidate will be entitled to enhanced holiday, fantastic benefits package (including 3 remote days) and the opportunity to have a direct impact improving business performance. This unique opportunity requires an influential, confident individual who is keen to add impact to work flow and enhance the whole finance function!
 
Reporting to the FP&A Director you will be tasked with the following:
 
Owning the EMEA regional Finance BI strategy
Working collaboratively with management to accelerate system rollout
Working closely with the Commercial Operations team, Global BI team and Global Finance Team
Leverage best practice in reporting and BI to set the regional standard, in partnership with commercially facing Finance departments
Data visualisation lead, helping to improve the collective ability through training and coaching
 
What you will need:
 
Experience in a BI/MI Implementation
Expect data visualisation and story telling ability
Ability to operate at Senior Leadership level
High level problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent core accounting knowledge
High level computer literacy
Experience in FP&A Manager/Systems Accountant roles
