A FP&A Manager is required on a permanent basis to assist on the development and processing of a  first class finance system for a rapidly growing large organisation in Southampton. The successful candidate will be entitled to enhanced holiday, fantastic benefits package (including 3 remote days) and the opportunity to have a direct impact improving business performance. This unique opportunity requires a process improvement driven mindset and a continuous improvement approach.
 
Reporting to the FP&A Director you will be tasked with the following:
 
Leading continuous improvement programmes within FP&A
Working collaboratively with management to accelerate system rollout
Finance lead for the EMEA data governance council
Support the ever changing business growth and needs, providing recommendations and business cases to take the Global team
 
What you will need:
 
Experience establishing strong finance data governance
Expect data visualisation and story telling ability
Ability to work alongside various finance and non-finance stakeholders
Ability to operate at Senior Leadership level
High level problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent core accounting knowledge
High level computer literacy
Experience in Systems Accountant/FP&A Manager/BI roles
