Are you an ambitious Treasury Manager seeking an opportunity to join a rapidly growing company offering remote working, flexible hours and a discretionary bonus?

We are supporting a business services organisation, based in the South of England, to find an experienced Treasury Manager to join them in their growth.

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day banking relationships on a global scale
• Leading and improving the daily cash management and cash forecasting
• Managing foreign exchange risk and making sure appropriate strategies are in place to minimise any risk
• Monitoring and ownership of the group’s loans facilities
• Designing and building group treasury policies, controls, and procedures
• Managing key stakeholder relationships and interaction with the board

What you will need:

• To be someone who wants to really take ownership of the function
• Cash management experience is essential
• To have global experience, with a good understanding of different cultures
• Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels – CEO, CFO and board as well as the payments team and other professionals
• Experience in managing banking relationships / loan facilities
• Confidence to challenge the status quo
• Adaptable and flexible to meet the needs of the role
• ACT – strongly desirable
