A well-established construction company are currently seeking an Interim Financial Controller to join their Winchester-based office. This role offers a competitive day rate, flexible working hours, vibrant offices, and a complete overview of finances and commercial matters.
The successful Interim Financial Controller will be looking at the finance structure, process improvements and able to make improvements or suggestions to payroll. This role would suit someone who is hands-on and has experience with Sage.

Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for:

• Improve efficiencies and reduce company costs
• Looking at the finance structure
• Making suggestions for process improvements and process streamlining
• Unpick and tidy up the accounts
• Make improvements and suggestions for the system and payroll
• Set up monthly management accounts

 
What you will need:

• Experience in job roles such as; Finance Controller / Finance Manager / Finance Director / Assistant Finance Controller / FC / Deputy FC / Financial Accountant / Management Accountant
• Experienced with process streamlining and process improvement
• Experience with Sage
• Be immediately available
