Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking for hybrid working in a fast-growing company?

We are working with a successful distribution company, based in Newbury, to find a commercially focused Management Accountant to join their team. You will play a pivotal role in the finance team and be involved in various aspects of management accounts, while benefiting from hybrid working and early finish on Fridays.

Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for:

• Oversight of the sales ledger team, supporting with challenging customer accounts
• Payroll and commission calculation journals
• Assisting the Credit Controllers, advising on credit limits and providing commercial guidance on a customer-by-customer basis
• Balance sheet reconciliations and management of the foreign sales ledger accounts

What you will need:

• Experience in a similar role, such as: Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner / Commercial Accountant / Finance Analyst / Credit Control Manager / Senior Credit Manager / Senior Management Accountant
• Great Excel skills
• To be commercially minded with people management experience
• Flexible and adaptable
