We are on the hunt for a creative, social media-obsessed Marketing Executive to join our team. As our Marketing Executive, you’ll make sure everything we do is on brand and true to our values. You will shape our online presence, crafting engaging campaigns and managing our social platforms, with a focus on Linkedin. You’ll think up, lead and deliver new marketing initiatives – helping us stand out from the crowd. You must understand our audience and tone, and not be afraid to bring something challenging and innovative to the table.

As our Marketing Executive, you will:

  • Develop brilliant organic social media campaigns, especially on Linkedin
  • Deliver on-brand content that aligns with our values
  • Schedule and manage posts daily across all platforms (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Get creative with content—copywriting, photography, video—you name it!
  • Foster community engagement, responding to comments and building relationships
  • Stay ahead of trends, algorithms and tech to keep our strategy fresh and effective
  • Research and attend relevant marketing events and trade shows
  • Create, copywrite and publish relevant blog posts to our website
  • Design and create marketing material, including brochures, how-to guides and survey results
  • Coordinate with external partners for SEO, events, website improvements, and email marketing

What you will need:

  • A solid grasp of social media platforms, trends and best practices (particularly Linkedin)
  • Skills in digital marketing design tools like Canva or Photoshop
  • Experience of content creation in various formats – copywriting, images, videos.
  • Experience of managing social media accounts for a successful brand or business
  • Familiarity with the recruitment and/or Finance industry is a bonus, but not essential—we’re here to guide you!
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, WordPress and/or email marketing would be a plus but not essential
