Are you an experienced marketing professional with a flair for creating compelling content across multiple channels?

As our Marketing Manager. you’ll be a brand ambassador, making sure everything we do is on point and true to us. Day-to-day, your role will be varied as you’ll own our social media strategy, manage affiliate relationships, host events, lead on all new marketing initiatives and create a whole bunch of amazing materials for the business. We want you to take this role and make it your own, generating fantastic ideas and top-notch content.

Reporting to the Sales Director you will:

  • Take charge of our social media platforms, from researching, strategising, and content creation to scheduling, engagement, and analysis. With a primary focus on LinkedIn, you’ll be instrumental in expanding our presence on Instagram, Facebook, and venturing into the world of TikTok
  • Think up, lead and deliver cool new marketing initiatives – helping us stand out from the crowd
  • Collaborate with affiliate partners to create, promote, and host both online and in-person events
  • Craft and distribute regular business mailshots, delivering our message to our target audience
  • Foster engagement across teammates’ individual social media profiles, particularly on LinkedIn
  • Working with external web developers to ensure continuous integrity of the tnp website
  • Seek out exciting collaboration opportunities to expand our reach and impact
  • Work closely with teammates to maintain brand consistency in all external communications
  • Amplify testimonials throughout the organisation, implementing initiatives to garner more reviews across platforms like LinkedIn and Google
  • Develop essential business collateral, including company merchandise, brochures, surveys, and more
  • Create engaging blog content for our website and other social media platforms
  • Promote all internal incentives and social events, nurturing a vibrant and motivated team culture


What you will need:

  • A forward-thinking and can-do attitude, fueled by your innate curiosity and thirst for new ideas – we love thinking up new ideas, so bring yours to the table!
  • Experience of working in an all-rounder marketing role
  • Proficiency in social media management, leveraging platforms to their full potential
  • A knack for graphic design and a creative flair, producing high-quality, trend-setting content.
  • Exceptional writing skills, capable of crafting compelling copy for social media and blog posts
  • Familiarity with the recruitment industry is advantageous but not essential—we’re here to guide you!
  • Experience of marketing a service (as opposed to a product) would be beneficial
