As our Marketing Manager. you’ll be a brand ambassador, making sure everything we do is on point and true to us. Day-to-day, your role will be varied as you’ll own our social media strategy, manage affiliate relationships, host events, lead on all new marketing initiatives and create a whole bunch of amazing materials for the business. We want you to take this role and make it your own, generating fantastic ideas and top-notch content.

Reporting to the Sales Director you will:

• Own and manage our social media platforms, covering everything from research, strategy and content creation, to scheduling, engagement and analysis. We have a focus on LinkedIn and want to continue to grow Instagram and Facebook and start to develop TikTok.
• Think up, lead and deliver cool new marketing initiatives – helping us stand out from the crowd
• Work with affiliate partners to create, promote and host online and in-person events
• Create and release regular business mailshots
• Work with teammates to drive engagement across their individual social media profiles (LinkedIn)
• Working with external web developer to ensure continuous integrity of the tnp website
• Seek out new collaboration opportunities
• Work alongside teammates to ensure all external communications are on brand
• Promote testimonials across the business, introducing initiatives to receive more reviews across platforms such as LinkedIn and Google
• Create any necessary business collateral (company merchandise / brochures / surveys etc.)
• Writing blog content for the website and other social media platforms
• Promoting all internal incentives / socials

What you will need:

• A forward-thinking, can-do attitude with an inquisitive nature – we love thinking up new ideas, so bring yours to the table!
• Experience of working in an all-rounder marketing role
• Good working knowledge of social media management
• Creative flair, graphic design skills and ability to produce quality content that is up to date with latest trends
• Excellent writing skills with accuracy and capability to produce copy for social media and blog content 
• An understanding of the recruitment industry would be useful but not essential – we’ll show you the ropes!
• Experience of marketing a service (as opposed to a product) would be beneficial
