We are currently recruiting on an exclusive basis for a part-time Payroll clerk for a global organisation who have a small office on the outskirts of Southampton. Although they are a global business, they have a very close team locally, giving you the perks of working for a corporate, with a family feel. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for running the payroll from start to finish.

Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be tasked with the following:

• Processing monthly payroll for 650 staff
• Processing starters/leavers
• Liaising with HMRC to resolve any queries
• Processing manual calculations
• Calculating year bonuses/commissions
• Processing P45s / P60s

What you will need:

• Experience working in roles such as Payroll Clerk / Payroll Officer / Senior Payroll Clerk / Payroll Administrator
• Excellent communication skills
• Great attention to detail
