This role would suit an organised, self-motivated individual with previous experience in purchase ledger processing.
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
Posting and coding all supplier invoices
Bi-monthly payment runs
Reconciling supplier accounts
Chasing credit notes
Overseeing the accounts inbox and resolving supplier queries
Bank reconciliation and posting of payments
What you will need:
Previous experience in a similar role such as Purchase Ledger Clerk / Purchase Ledger Administrator / Accounts Payable Clerk / Payables Administrator / Finance Clerk / Finance Administrator/ Finance Assistant / Accounts Clerk / Accounts Administrator / Accounts Assistant
Excellent accuracy and an eye for detail
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
Self-motivated and able to interact and communicate confidently and professionally with colleagues, clients and suppliers
