The Niche Partnership are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a prestigious school based in Southampton on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting into the Head of Finance you will be responsible for:

  • Processing purchase ledger invoices
  • Raising and posting credit notes
  • Reconciling supplier statements 
  • Assiting with weekly payment runs 
  • Reconciling the petty cash
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Liaising internally to resolve queries

What you will need:

  • Ideally experience within one of the following roles – Purchase Ledger Assistant / Purchase Ledger Clerk / Purchase Ledger Administrator / Accounts Payable Clerk / Payables Administrator / Finance clerk/ Finance administrator/ Finance Assistant / Accounts clerk / Accounts Administrator / Accounts Assistant
  • Good communication skills
  • IT literate
