A Systems Finance Business Partner is required on a permanent basis to assist on the development of a finance system for a rapidly growing manufacturing organisation on the outskirts of Portsmouth. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on improving business performance and adding commercial value to the ever expanding horizons of this organisation. The unique opportunity requires a process improvement driven mindset and a continuous improvement approach, coupled with system implementation experience.
 
Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be tasked with the following:
 
Liase with external consultants regarding the implementation and best practice
Project manage implementation to completion
Support the wider finance team in additional process streamlining
Business Partner with the wider business departments
Become a super-user and assist in training the wider team
 
What you will need:
 
Expert data visualisation and story telling ability
Ability to work alongside various finance and non-finance stakeholders
Ability to operate at Senior Leadership level
High level problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent core accounting knowledge
High level computer literacy
Experience in Systems Accountant/ Systems Business Partner /BI roles
